Friday Lunch: Assorted Sandwich Buffet

A selection of sandwiches:

• • Roast turkey and swiss on sliced wheat

  • Roast beef and cheddar on ciabatta

  • Tuna salad on sliced whole wheat (Lenten option)

Along with:

• Broccoli and golden raisin salad

• Mediterranean pasta salad

And including:

• Kettle chips

• Pickle and condiments

• Cookie display

• Regular and decaffeinated coffee

• Hot and iced tea

Saturday Morning: Breakfast Buffet:

An assortment of starters:

• Assorted muffins and specialty danish

• Fresh fruit salad

• Berry parfaits with granola

Continuing with:

• Fluffy scrambled eggs

• Cinnamon French toast

• Breakfast potatoes

• Crispy bacon

• Sausage patties

And including:

• Assorted fruit juices

• Regular and decaffeinated coffee

• Premium hot tea

• Hot and iced tea

Saturday Evening Dinner / Social:

(Full conference participant is free, but you must indicate on registration form that you are attending the social. Single-day/guests can attend if they indicate on the registration form and purchase the social package)

The social will begin at 19:00 hours with dinner; EMS trivia and DJ will follow.

Entertainment provided by Happy Endings DJ and Entertainment.

Starting with:

• Faith salad or house salad with house vinaigrette

• Freshly baked rolls

Choice of entrée:

• Roasted Chicken Breast 

  • Boneless skinless chicken breasts with roasted garlic white wine herb sauce

• Roasted Atlantic Salmon 

  • with sun-dried tomato vinaigrette

• Fire-Grilled New York Strip Steak 

  • 10 oz charbroiled steak served with burgundy sauce
