Mark your calendars for October 3–5, 2025, and head to the Pine Barn Inn in Danville, PA for our annual EMS conference—this year with a new twist! Enjoy engaging sessions, networking opportunities, and a special Saturday evening dinner and social.

Full conference passes, including early-bird registration, single-day passes, and guest social/dinner passes are available. Visit the "Registration" tab for details and the registration form.

Be sure to network with your colleagues during meal sessions. The menus and meals are posted to help plan your day.

The Pine Barn Inn is a great lodging option for overnight attendes —call (570) 275-2071 for more information and to reserve a room. Note that rooms are first-come-first-served and are not included in the cost of the conference. More information is under the "Venue" tab.
